Notes

El Amarillo es un cryo hop, por eso se usa menos proporción que Centennial en DH. En caso de no conseguir cryo, utilizar misma cantidad que Centennial.

En el batch elaborado el 15/7:

  • Modifiqué las adiciones de sales dado que no había más stock de sulfato de calcio. Reemplazado por sulfato de magnesio modificando las adiciones del resto de las sales.
  • Dorado: no había stock. Se reemplazó por 50gr de Ekuanot el cual será utilizado en hop stand y el Simcoe pasa al DH.
  • Bravo: en HS se utilizaron 100gr y NO 75gr. A partir de esto, se tomó la decisión de no lupular en cocción por lo tanto el Zeus NO fue utilizado en este Batch.
