The next day was nice, with just slight nectarine taste. One week later was very nice, perfect nectarine addition.
For future iterations it would be best to finish fermentation 1 week before serving so the fruit can sit in the keg for a week and transfer more flavor. This got generally positive feedback, but I would up the Jasmine tea more next time as there wasn't a lot of tea flavor that came through. |
