    Yeast: Switched to BRY-97 West Coast (x2) rehydrated, both packs were 5 months past best but they still looked ok.
    Substitutes: Dropped American Ale malt from 3 to 2.5kg.
    25/4/24: FG 1010 (Tilt), cold crashed to 10 C, dry hopped.
