Notes

Hot

Mash at 156°F (69°C) for 1 Hr.
Mash out at 168°F (76°C).
Boil for 60 min.

Chill to 108°F (42°C) and add whirlpool hops for 60 min.

Cold

Pitch at 70° F.
Ferment at 70F for 24 Hrs.
Lower temp 1°F every 12 Hrs until 64°F.
Add Peach Nectar at 66°F.
Ferment at 64° F for 3 days
Dry hops in primary for 2 days.
