Notes

モルトフレーバー全開の秋口に飲みたいエール。
キャラメルとトーストの香りを楽しむ。
甘くなりすぎないような控えめなホップ。
WINDSORを18°Cでゆっくり発酵させることで、フルーティなエステル香を追加。
アルコールはモルトのボディを助けるためにやや高めに設定。
甘くなりすぎた場合は米麹orシャンパン酵母を加えて、ドライにするのも一つの手。
ダブルデコクション。
