put on stir plate to stir for 24, then rest for 12-24, then chill and decant for second step on 7/26.

stir for 36 hours. until about 8:00AM Friday 7/28.
was slower to catch up fermentation than I expected after step1. So, stirred an extra 12 hours.
Let settle for about 12 hours.
Then refrigerate overnight and pitch on brew day.
