had leak, lost .75G during overnight mash
normally get 5G and take up to 5.75-6

now w 4.25 G take that up to 5G and boil a straight 1 hr which will likely be 4.75G

added .5G Sparge and .5G (instead of .25 by accident) dme somehow wound up at 6G at start of boil ????????????

upped to 3lb of sugar to be safe
