Notes

"here are some helpful hints.
Keep the grain bill simple with no Crystal malts and minimum malt complexity. Shoot for about 30ibus coming from your bittering addition. Loads of hops in the Whirlpool then heavy dry hop after fermentation.

We use Citra, Mosaic, Motueka, Centennial and a couple other NZ hops, try splitting equal amounts of each for dry hop

Use Cal Ale Yeast and Mash around 150 if doing all grain"
