Notes

Voyager Biscuit actually an Oat malt
Check Boil PH after about 10 minutes. Aim for 5.2 to 5.4. Add Bi-carb soda if needed.
Dont dump the nibs into the kettle - use hop bag.
Toast Marshmallow first. Then into kettle at flame out.
SG will be higher because of Marshmallow.
Make a yeast starter if using liquid yeast.
Add vanilla beans to secondary.
