Oh oh maybe things have stalled out hmmmm.
I thought fermentation was done so let the temperature rise and pressure build up to 10psi.
Well I released pressure down to 5-6psi and I'll leave the fermenter rise up higher. |

This is very lager like.
Has a lovely lemon zest nose and flavor.
You can taste the rice grains and there is a sweetness from the poor attenuation but the zesty bitterness covers it well.
Still has a slight haze but you can see your fingers through the glass.
Not bad at all a really good beer! |
