Notes

2 fresh packs WLP802 in an 18hr SNS starter. Scooped out 2 gallons thick mash into Kettle #2 after the 152 rest, then direct-fired main mash to 160 and conducted decoction in K2 while main mash rested at 160. Added decoction back to main mash after 30 mins for recirc and filling boil kettle.
