Notes

Based on TheApartmentBrewer: German Pils in 3 days with Lutra Kveik. Single-infusion may be OK with plain Bohemian malt (not floor-malted).

Modifications:

  • metric units
  • half of the volume for a small beginner pot
  • less malt for lower ABV (around 4.5% for 11˚ beer)
  • Czech Saaz hops instead of German Hallertau Tradition (with lower AA 5.9% -> 3.5%)

Kveik yeast for fermentation in hot climate of Thailand.

    CBC-1 yeast for bottle carbonation.
