Notes

Add 1 ounce of steeped and strained Simcoe hops to each keg.

Fill 2 Kegs with beer and set in the Kegerator at a temperature of 50 °F Degrees.

Drop 5 ° per day to reach 35° F and rest for 24 hours.

Add CO2 at 5 psi with Carbonation Ball Lock Lid Assembly, and rest for one week.

Serve at 40°F:)
