The beer continues to improve. The hop bite is gone, and the slippery/dry/astringent after taste is almost completely gone.
If you brew this again, wait at least this long before you tap the keg. |

Slick mouthfeel and astringency gone. Did not ever fully clear. Definitely missing some head retention. No more lingering finish. Mostly floral and citrus character on the nose and palate. Very slight honeysuckle sweetness. Keg almost gone. Leaning a little towards unbalanced bitterness. |
