28 liters in kettle. Ca 4 liters of discarded trub, and 2 x 12 liters in the fermentors. Filled up to 21 liters each. The first is fermented with Opshaug kveik and the other with Safale US-05 (two packets) in the 20 degree sauna. |

The first fermentor, with Opshaug kveik - and slightly less trub than in the other, containing Safale US-05. Will let that one sit for a few more days. |

Kegged the alternative version, "Wildflower", with American ale yeast, US-05. Fermented down to 1.012 and 5,4 % alcohol. Maybe a little more pils-ish in flavour. |
