Notes

Brew a strong wort. 26 liters with an OG of approx 1.100. Transfer to two fermentors with ca 13 liters in each, and fill up with tap water to 2 x 23 liters. You can use an alternative yeast strain and temperature in the second fermentor, of course, and compare.
