Notes

Solid example of the style. Would have preferred just a touch of a drier finish. May experiment next time with adding more yeast or increasing the roasted barley just a touch. Might also try and take the IBU's up to the top of the range, 28.

Overall solid. Definite sweet, caramel notes on both nose and taste. Sweetness lingers slightly but had several of our customers state it was one of the best reds they've ever had.
