using dry yeast this round to truly be GF. ran a stronger CIP on Boil kettle yesterday to help make sure that no residual gluten. |

started cold crashing. Will start CO2 scrubbing once cold crashed once sulfur reduced will add secondary additions |

pulled 2 gallons from dump valve until it cleared up. i think it was a little sulfery? My nose isn't sensitive enough for that, will have nick smell it to see if we need to scrub more |

kegged the following:
3 1/6's = .5 bbls
7 1/2's = 3.5 bbls
