Notes

This beer was designed as a Chocolate Stout, based on a classic Dry Irish Stout. Without the cacao nibs the hop addition can be slightly increased to counter the missing bitterness of the nibs.

Furthermore I designed the recipe for a brewhouse efficiency range of 60-75%, depending on the result, up to 4 liters of water can be added to still be in the range of a BJCP Dry Irish Stout.
