Notes

January 07, 2023 - Mashed grains in directly at 153.5°F for 60 min. Sparged with 185°F water. Collected 6 gal @ 10 Brix. Added 1 gal water, gently boiled for 90 min. Hop charges added per recipe.

Carboy has between 4.5 - 5 gal @ 11 Brix (1.044) - Interrupted!!

Lower efficiency than normal...sparge too fast, Czech malt? Also much greater efficiency with decoction...need to make the time for this on these beers

Wort cooled overnight to 55°F and strong 2206 pitched early am. Kegged on 1/31 @ 1.014, lagering at refrig temp
