Notes

Really bad mash efficiency!!!! From now on make sure top of pot temp s over 66 minimum to 70.(Might even need longer mash) Very disappointed with that. Was careful not to scorch too. Bags in at beginning before fire up but keep off bottom. Fire up first then weigh grains to save time. Also not happy with so much crap in the bottom of pots after boil and fermenter.

Maybe it was too much grain for the pots? Longer and higher mash might help efficiency. Fermentation is going slower because I had to add so much sugar. Dry hopping on day 10 as fermentation still seems active.

Maybe dry hop this time at 15g each hops because my whirlpool hop temperature dropped too fast. But stick with 10g next time
