Notes

Stout base from Third Eye in Cincinnati of "Higher Purpose." Dark, sweet, and full-bodied. Soft and creamy sweetness from the lactose. Caramel, chocolate, and subtle roast flavors dominate without overpowering the senses.

To make this into an Elvis sandwich, I used the Bananza "non-phenolic" yeast from Omega to produce the banana flavor/esters. I added 1lb of PB2 at the end of the boil for peanut butter flavor/aroma.
