Notes

Second try with this recipe. Pressure fermented at 8psi. Diazyme took it to 0.998 FG. Azacca dry-hop kicking in nicely after 1week. Leaving it in. 5ml perfect back-sweetening! Over carbed a bit, but that’ll work out.
