Racking. F1 to S4 and unmarked to S2. Added gelatin (hydrated) to S2. Placed in keggerator for burst carbing. S2 fill might have sucked in air thru a leak? Same setup but no bubbling in latter F1-S4 |

F2 carbed and served direct from fermenter. Hasn’t dropped clear yet. Did not gelatin fine. Has a slight fruity note in aroma. Not bad but cleaned out serving line and sample again. Less fruity and more malt cracker/pilsner malt aroma. Will resample later. Fining might help? |
