Mash pH was a little high (5.5) at 15 min in. Added one more ml of lactic acid to bring it down a bit. SG was already at 1.028 at 15 min. |

Mash went smooth. A little better efficiency than I thought. Reducing boil to only 30min. |

Transfer didn't go as planned. Forgot to sanitize the transfer hose. Also got a decent amount of suck back of the sanitizer, maybe about 1 cup worth? Oh well. Letting it ferment at 55 and just gonna see what I get. |
