Whirlpooled and let sit for a bit before transferring to ferm keg. Pitched yeast, aerated and set in ferm.chamber set to 68. |

Dry hopped into sanitized mesh bag that I tied to the top of the dip tube in keg. Added dry hops with 1psi of c02 running to minimize oxygen exposure.
