Notes

1 day prior to brewing, freeze 1 lb of black raspberries and .5 lb of raspberries.
Add frozen raspberries to a bag and add to wort at flameout.
Toast cacao nibs at 350 for 15 minutes, add to a clean mason jar and cover with vodka.
Add cacao nibs to primary when activity starts to slow (3 to 5 days).
After 7 days (2 to 4 days on cacao nibs) rack to secondary.

Check vanilla flavor in secondary. Add vanilla extract as needed.
