at kegging it tastes good but I was hoping for more bitterness. i used a large biab sack to hold them to allow to go more commando and better utilization. i think that the 10 minutes and 5 minutes was just not enough time. next year i will change it to 15 minutes and 10 minutes. maybe don't use the bag, let them free float and use a slotted spoon to remove some of them before chilling?
possibly use cascade/mosaic/amarillo for the 60 minute bittering. |

This has really gotten better. The malt flavor is so good I think this will be my repeat grain bill for future ones. |
