I feel like these AHA recipes are all a bit more simple that the others, but use traditional yeasts at lager fermentation temperatures. They need time I don't really have (poor planning, maybe next year?)

Overall, going bigger and malty overall per the request of co-brewer. I will mash for 90 near 150ºF to get more fermentability.
