Notes

Mash ph was really low at 4.8, didn't notice till it was too late. That likely contributed to the low efficiency. ABV will be higher than calculated due to the peaches so no biggie.

Prepped 7 gallons of water, mash with 5 and sparged with the other 2. Added a little bit of calcium chloride, likely a bit under a table spoon.

Pitched yeast at 85F. Its hot as f*ck here in august and I can't get it much colder. Lutra should be fine with it.

I don't think dry hopping or fruit is kosher for a blonde ale but rules are for losers. Its probably great without peaches
