Notes

The goal here is to create a beer that is approximating a Molson Canadian Lager and a Old sty;e Pilsner lager. This recipe is an evolving work in progress as it was my very first attempt at grain mashing first attempt at hops first attempt at pressure brewing. Lot's of firsts wrapped in a sea of ignorance. first batch was a bit to malty and not so crisp. It also ended with a low ABV. The second attempt is in the fermenter keg and I adjusted the brix before kegging to hopefully get the right ABV and we'll see if the 60 min mash under 150 crisps it up some. When I get the recipe figured out how I want it then I'll finalize it.
