Cooled to 70, whirlpooled and let sit for and hour. Transferred to ferm keg and placed in ferm chamber until temp got to 50. Pitched yeast and aerated. |

Pressure transferred to serving keg. Added gelatin to help clarify. Pretty strong on the sulphur still, hoping that dies down a bit. Good hop aroma coming through though. |
