Racked from FV2 into FV4 with prickly pear puree in tank already, left at fermentation temps to see if any refermentation of the added sugar. Will drop temp in a few days if no activity and pull trub.
This puree is very thin, more like juice than puree, should mix very well from the transfer.
gravity prior to addition was 1.018
post transfer with the puree is 1.022
will use SG 1.054 to compensate for the additional sugars added from the puree that will ferment out. |
