Mash was 60 minutes long

FG = 5.7 Brix = 1.008 g/L after correction for EtOH.


Pitched Nottingham Ale at 8:30 pm when wort was ~80 degrees F.
Kegged all five gallons on 8/30/2022. Beer was super clear.
