tooling up my water chemistry kit to address some mineral deficiencies in my local (home well) water, processed through a multi-tank array of filters, hardness adjustment, and UV light exposure.

yeast starter: 1400ml spring water, 3 oz. DME, 1/8 tsp. yeast nutrient, a few hop pellets, starter pitch temperature 69° F

brew day: September 2, 2022
original gravity 1.038
fermenter pitch temp 69° F

added bags if ice during the first 12 hours of fermentation to keep the temperature at or below 69° F.
