Notes

Made this once before and it was fantastic. Trying to get better water treatment with Campden tablets and using Fermaid O versus part of an old "Propper Seltzer" nutrient pack. This first batch brewed very cold, mainly spending time in a 55F house. This new batch will be 72-75F, so we will see what changed!

Brewed 7/23
Steeped 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers in boiling water (flameout) for 20 min. Added 9 lbs of honey as it was cooling.

On 8/5 I added 3lb Oregon tart cherry puree, with the plan that I will rack to secondary around 8/20.

Plan is to leave in secondary for ~3 months and bottle.

Bottled 10/8
