WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

This Kolsch is easy as pie, and is not enhanced by adding steeping grains, resulting in a very crisp, clean taste. This beer is a summer staple for me as an extract brewer - not only is it light, refreshing, and crisp, it also goes grain to glass pretty quickly and ferments cleanly.
