Fermentation seems to have stalled - was expecting FG to be closer to 1.010. During bottling added some dry yeast to each bottle - Nottingham ale yeast to see what happens. Might be bottle bomb if that yeast really gets to work. Reduced target CO2 to 2.0 volumes to try and compensate. |

Added some Nottingham dry ale yeast to each bottle to see if it converts the high FG and reduced sugar to give closer to 2Volumes. Bit of a gamble but I will see in 2 months time.
Bottled 36 "grolsh" type bottles. Will put half in the fridge at 5C and the rest under the house at closer to 15C. |
