Notes

Skulle egentlig brukt 400 g Vienna malt, men var tom, og erstattet med hvetemalt. Kanskje ikke så typeriktig, men kommer nok til å bli bra.

Pga. startvansker med den nye bryggemaskinen (Brewzilla 4) ble mesketemp for høy, noe som medførte litt dårlig utgjæring, 70%. Normalt ligger jeg på 80-85% på pils, så denne ble ikke så crisp som tenkt, men fortsatt god.
