Dough in at 151
After 20 mins, pull 6 quarts, heat to 160, rest 10 mins
Heat decoction to boil and boil for 10 mins.
Return to mash tun target 160. Hold at 160 30 mins
After 30 mins, pull 8 quarts, heat to boil and return to main mash
Mash out at 168. After stirring in, hold 10 mins and fly sparge.
