Notes

This uses the Saflager W34/70 which gives you an ale fermented "lager" in a week to 14 days. You just ferment it and keg it. Now, it will benefit from "lagering" in your keezer or kegerator - in a month or so it should produce a crystal clear, crushable beer...but it will taste right shortly after carbonation is complete.
