I didn't leave this fermenting long enough. I should have brought temperature up for Lutra yeast to finish cleaning up and left it for more days. I got stuck with acetaldehyde (green apple). It would have been much better to leave it on the yeast cake to finish up for a few extra days rather than rush it. Think about this next time. |

After a few more days of purging the keg of CO2 and then adding it back, the green apple acet flavor has mostly gone away. |
