Brewed 12 gallons on Rich's system. First runnings = 1.094. Boil start gravity = 1.053. OG = 1.056. Brought home 12 gallons. Forgot to add the Whirlflock and the yeast nutrient. Left Rich's place around 3:00PM. Pitched yeast around 7:30PM after cooling to about 62F. Observed fermentation the next morning.

Fermenter volume was a little over six gallons. Kegged five gallons with about a gallon left over. Filled three one-liter bottles with plenty left over for a gravity reading. Added three carb-tabs to each bottle. Force carbonated the keg to 2.5 volumes. FG = 1.012. Calculated ABV = 4.99%.
