Notes

My go to hazy grain bill. S-04 starter for a quick fermentation, and then throwing it in the keg to purge with CO2 before adding the hops in muslin bags for the dry hop. Will remove them prior to carbonating.

Time to find out if BRU-1 really does taste like pineapple.
