Jesus, I pitched the Kveik yesterday. I think it was too effective lol I'll leave it cool down to room temp now slowly (it's 60 in the basement but I have heat wrap to stay around 68) and then cold ferment a day. But wowie.
 
Notes

Started as a normal Saison, but due to time constraints, we are making a monster. Using Saisonstein yeast for a few days until Kreusen is formed, then cranking the temp to 90+ F and throwing in Lutra yeast to get it done quickly.
