This was an experiment.

I designed a wit recipe and on the day I realise I didn't have any wheat beer yeast... So I used s-04 to run an experiment.

This was a double batch fermenting in two carboys. One has orange peel, the other has orange peel, cloves and coriander.

Will see what comes out
