Beer is slightly sweet and malty with a dry finish. Appearance is very cloudy. Aroma is very yeasty, with fresh bread notes. Yeast is flocculant. Gravity appears to read between 7 and 11 Brix, a more accurate reading was not possible in any light, likely due to cloudiness from the yeast. |
