Notes

Original recipe called for 90 min boil. Increased the hops and added whirlpool. Went for more fruity/citrus hops. Will use 4 grapefruits worth of zest set in vodka for roughly one week.

Will attempt closed transfer to keg onto DH and zest tincture at day 6-7 and keep at ~60F for another 6 days. Then cold crash and transfer to serving keg.
