Notes

First Pilsner. They are really starting to grow on me.
Version 2 tweaks:
Using Firestone water profile with 7 g of CaCl
switching 0 min hop addition and cool quickly
adding 1 more oz. of Saphir to dry hop
adding 1 oz. of Liberty OR Centennial as well
Trying to ramp up the fruity flavors.

Version 3 tweaks:
1 package of yeast (I believe I am completely over pitching)
