Dialed in boil nicely now.
Exactly 23 litres from the cube into the fermenter
Method:
Infusion at 1 inch above grain - add boiling water to maintain temperature
Sparge until cube is full to brim (probably 27 litres)
Leave water inthe kettle to drain height
Add cube to kettle (around 30 litres in kettle)
Boil then drain kettle and leave trub at drain height. |
