Notes

Using Magnum instead of Herkules for bitter.
Only using 1/2 recommended dry hop amount.
Chill wort to 65F and ferment at that temperature until FG is reached. After fermentation, either allow for a 48 hr dactyl rest or store 2 weeks in dark temperature controlled area. Package with 2.32 vol CO2.
